ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an outstanding corporate attorney with demonstrable experience in leading cross-border M&A transactions, drafting definitive investment agreements, and managing complex regulatory filings.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead drafting and negotiation of Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), Shareholders Agreements (SHA), and Joint Venture contracts.
• Direct transaction due diligence teams across multiple workstreams.
• Advise on FDI, ODI, and SEBI Takeover Code regulations.
• Mentor junior associates and interns.
Qualifications & Requirements
• LL.B. from a premier law school with stellar academic credentials.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE) in a top-tier law firm.
• Exceptional transaction drafting, commercial negotiation, and client leadership skills.
