ROLE OVERVIEW
Exceptional opportunity for an experienced arbitration advocate with strong oral advocacy, cross-examination skills, and familiarity with institutional arbitration rules (SIAC, ICC, LCIA).
Key Responsibilities
• Lead arbitral proceedings and oral arguments in multi-crore infrastructure and commercial disputes.
• Draft statements of claim, expert witness briefs, and procedural applications.
• Interface with international co-counsel, quantum experts, and tribunal members.
Qualifications & Requirements
• 8+ years PQE with substantial trial or arbitral hearing experience.
• Master of Laws (LL.M.) or BCL from a leading global institution is preferred.
• Proven track record in high-value institutional dispute resolution.
